The area continues to have random rashes of vehicle break-ins where suspects are opening UNLOCKED vehicles and removing unsecured items such as change, cash, electronics, car keys and firearms. Recently, several such vehicles were stolen as a result of the vehicle doors being unlocked with the car keys in the vehicle.

Please use common sense and lock your cars and don't leave valuables inside.

Residents are also urged not to leave their garage doors opened or exterior doors unlocked.

As always, please report any suspicious activity to the police department WHEN YOU SEE IT so that our officers can quickly respond and hopefully apprehend the criminals and prevent further break-ins.

The SPHOA will be hosting a community yard sale on Friday and Saturday of May 26-27th from 8am-3pm. All residents may feel welcome to set a table up outside of their homes during this time. The HOA board will take care of advertising the event but would appreciate any assistance. Please fill out this survey to help us plan the event.

The HOA public pool will be opening for its first day on Saturday, May 27th at its usual 11:30am time. We will be only open on weekends until all nearby schools are closed for the summer. Please be patient with us as we potentially adjust hours to accommodate our small lifeguard staff. All usual pool rules will be in affect this year.

An HOA resident experienced a strange male non-forcefully enter their unlocked home in the middle of the day on Saturday, May 7th. The stranger was wearing a white t-shirt and dark curly hair.
