The Salem Park Homeowners Association (SPHOA) is a small group dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in its community. The association is led by a volunteer board of homeowners, who strive to ensure the community's rules and regulations are upheld and make living in the neighborhood an enjoyable and safe experience for all. The SPHOA is committed to ensuring the community remains a desirable place to live and raise a family, fostering a strong sense of belonging and pride in the neighborhood among its residents.

Treasurer

The Treasurer manages the associations' finances and ensures that its financial affairs are handled in a responsible manner. They maintain accurate financial records, manage the association's budget, and conduct all financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Welcome & Architecture

The Welcome Committee is responsible for reaching out to new residents, providing them with info about the HOA, and welcoming them to the community.
The Architecture Committee ensures homeowners comply with bylaws by reviewing and approving plans for renovation, or misc. updates to maintain the community's design standards.

President

The President is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that its mission and objectives are met. The President serves as the primary liaison between the HOA Board of Directors and the community's residents, and is responsible for maintaining open lines of communication to address their concerns and needs.
Deb Enman
Pool Director

The primary responsibility of the Pool Director is to oversee the operations and maintenance of the community's pool. The Pool Director ensures that the pool is safe and clean, and that all rules and regulations related to its use are followed by residents and their guests. They also manage all lifeguard staff.

Building & Grounds

The Building & Grounds Person is responsible for maintaining the community's common areas, buildings, and grounds in a safe and attractive condition. They are tasked with performing routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure the overall upkeep of the community's assets.

Vice President

the Vice President plays a critical role in supporting the President and helping to ensure the success of the organization. The Vice President works closely with the President and other members of the Board of Directors to help guide the HOA's activities, and to ensure that its mission and objectives are met.

The secretary serves as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the association's business. They are responsible for maintaining communication with residents using various channels such as email, newsletters, and our website to keep them informed about important HOA activities and updates.
